Terms of Use
Last updated: May 6, 2026. These terms describe the rules for using Bridge Trainer during beta and early public availability.
Using Bridge Trainer
Bridge Trainer provides declarer-play practice, lessons, curated deals, scoring, hints, and optional AI-generated tutoring feedback. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful learning, practice, evaluation, and product feedback purposes.
Educational Use
Bridge Trainer provides practice deals, lessons, hints, and optional AI-generated tutoring feedback for educational use. It is not a tournament authority, scoring body, or professional advice service.
AI Feedback
Narrator responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, or imperfect. Bridge Trainer may limit, disable, or substitute neutral fallback feedback when API limits, safety controls, or budget guardrails apply. Use curated lesson text, deal explanations, and your own judgment when learning card-play decisions.
Guest Progress
Launch v1 progress is local to your browser. Clearing browser storage may remove scores, completed lessons, and saved preferences.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to extract server secrets, model keys, or private infrastructure data.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass rate limits or access controls.
- Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information.
- Do not use Bridge Trainer to create harmful, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated feedback as official tournament adjudication.
Content And Ownership
Bridge Trainer lessons, interface text, deal metadata, software, visual design, and generated site materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the service for personal learning and authorized testing. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service unless you have written permission or a separate license allows it.
Beta Availability
Bridge Trainer may change during beta. Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or reset. We may suspend access to protect service reliability, investigate abuse, apply safety controls, or perform maintenance.
Third-Party Services
Bridge Trainer may rely on hosting, AI model, monitoring, and support providers. Those services may have separate terms or processing commitments.
Disclaimers
Bridge Trainer is provided for practice and learning. It is provided as available and without promises that every lesson, hint, narrator response, route, or score is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the project owners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
